Kristin Suchy is a talented attorney with a track record of success in the courtroom as well as the closing table. She concentrates her practice in civil matters with an emphasis on real estate, probate and guardianship matters, trust and estate litigation, and personal injury litigation. While in in law school, Kristin had the honor of working as a 711 licensed legal intern at the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office and carried that experience with her into private practice in the defense of traffic tickets, criminal misdemeanors and DUI’s. In addition to her litigation work, Kristin represents clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions and estate planning.

Kristin is a skilled negotiator and enjoys the challenge of dispute resolution and finding creative ways to achieve her clients’ goals. When dispute resolution efforts have been exhausted, she is a confident and zealous litigator in the courtroom who has demonstrated an ability to achieve results at trial, arbitration and mediation. Kristin prides herself on preparation and commits herself to knowing all aspects of a given case, garnering respect from opposing counsel and the judiciary.

Aside from practicing law, Kristin enjoys spending time with her family and their two dogs, traveling, and is a self-proclaimed coffee and red wine fanatic (read: snob).
